Black Time Travel: History Telling in Virtual Space, The Experience

Abstract

Presenters will illustrate how augmented reality has become a pedagogical tool for research, education, and historical preservation. Attendees will receive an introduction and experience a virtual immersion of the Harlem Renaissance during the 1920s. During this session, history will no longer be bound by time.
