Abstract

The National Institute of Justice continues to invest in high-quality research through its grant programs. Recent policy changes at NIJ have important implications for how NIJ research findings get disseminated and how policy and practice in the criminal justice field are shaped by NIJ-supported research. In addition, NIJ is making key investments to build the research capacity of the criminal justice research community and its commitment to collaboration with criminal justice practitioners.
