Abstract

A comparison of the differences in prison conditions in the State of Texas and those that exist in the federal prisons in Mexico. Co-author Elena Azaola was involved in an extensive study of prison conditions in the Mexico federal prisons and co-author Cliff Roberson is the former "chief public defender" for the Texas prison system.
