Abstract

This research examines the relationships between procedural justice, legitimacy, and law compliance using South Korean data. Studies in the U.S and England have proved the theoretical links between procedural justice and confidence in the police as well as procedural justice and law abidance. By examining this theoretical relationship using South Korean sample, this study tests the validity of the procedural justice thesis.
