Making Learning Fun! Actively Engaging Today's Criminal Justice Students

Abstract

The purpose of this roundtable is to discuss an ongoing teaching/learning model for undergraduates in criminal justice and sociology at a small state university. This model is based on 1) the internal motivation of student learning, 2) Dewey's "learning by doing", and 3) cooperative learning.
