The purpose of the current study is to investigate risk factors that may affect cyber bullying victimization. With the rapid ropagation of smart phone in South Korea, there have been unprecedented risks for youth of cyber bullying victimization experience. The current study utilized a sample of 2,044 elementary, middle, and high school students, who were randomly selected by the aid of the Ministry of Education in Seoul, South Korea. This study used Poisson Regression analysis with SPSS 19.0 statistical package program in order to find crucial factors that are associated with cyber bullying victimization. The research findings demonstrated that approximately 4% of respondents reported having been involved in cyber bullying as victim during previous six months. In addition, the Poisson regression analysis revealed that students who had increased level of traditional school violence victimization were more likely to be a cyber bullying victim when other variables were controlled. Further policy implication will be discussed.
