This session will present information from three studies that explore different reforms and innovations in justice policy and programs impacting youth and adult offenders. In particular the session will discuss state legislative reforms aimed at reinvesting dollars from incarceration into the community, serving the needs of LGBTQ youth in confinement, and measuring the collective impact of multiple evidence-based programs acting on individual youth outcomes, with implications for evidence-based practice.
