The research has been carried out in three continental European countries with a focus on conflict between minority communities and police. Interview and case study data were collected in Germany, Austria, and Hungary. Findings suggest significant national, age, and gender differences that play a role in minority-police conflicts. Strategies against discriminatory police practices conclude the presentation.
