Majority of researches on fear of crime are provided in Western societies and it hasn’t been studied in Asian societies broadly. Scholars explicitly assume that conceptual models of fear of crime are also applicable to the people of different culture and ethnic background. In this respect, the following study analyzed survey data from samples of 309 individuals of Mongolian immigrants from Seoul, South Korea. Consistence with previous study, victimization model, disorder model and community concern model predicted fear of crime among Mongolian immigrants in South Korea.
