This study investigated job related stress and its effect on job satisfaction and job turnover intention among prosecutors. Even though abundant studies with the same topic have been conducted for law enforcement officers, little studies attempted to understand the problem in other professional in the criminal justice field. The purpose of the study was to examine whether the correlation between job stress and job satisfaction as well as job turnover intention existed among prosecutors.
