The objective of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of the Teens, Crime, and the Community and Community Works program. The TCC/CW program attempts to reduce juvenile delinquency through classroom lectures, actively engaging community role models, and community action projects. We seek to demonstrate casual inferences through a quasi-experimental design using propensity score matching techniques that control for confounding variables associated with program implementation. After propensity score matching, weighted logistic regression was used to estimate the treatment effect with results indicating partial success in delinquency reduction.
