ICF International has been funded by the National Institute of Justice to perform an evaluation of the OVC Vision 21: Linking Systems of Care for Children and Youth State Demonstration. As part of this evaluation, ICF is analyzing the collaboration and levels of service integration between each state’s partners focused on identifying and better serving child victims. This presentation will provide an overview of survey findings from this analysis, including descriptive data on collaboration within each state’s network of partners and social network analysis results. The analysis will also illustrate how collaboration, partner networks, and levels of service coordination have changed across the two years of the Demonstration.
