Abstract

This presentation will provide an overview of the development of the What Works in Reentry Clearinghouse, including primary objectives, intended audiences, and the value that the effort brings to the field. The presenters will also discuss the methodological approach undertaken to synthesize the body of evaluative reentry research, including coding methods, minimum standards of study rigor, classification of research and how this approach is both consistent with and distinct from similar “what works” endeavors in other fields.
