Hotel/Motel Crime: A Local Comparison

Abstract

This research will compare and contrast the crime at two hotel/motel clusters in a Midwestern city. Criminal activity, first hand police officers experience, hotel/motel data, and environmental criminology concepts will be utilized.
This research will also identify why specific crimes occur at these locations, and explore preventative measures that could be implemented to reduce crime.
