Researchers are increasingly attempting to identify and comprehend international (even global) trends in criminal justice generally, and juvenile/youth justice in particular. This thematic panel will present and discuss some of the key results from a recently completed four-year study of Anglo-Australian juvenile justice (The Comparative Youth Penality Project).
