Abstract
As cyberspace becomes the new frontier of criminological inquiry, it is no surprise that there is concern regarding the presence of organized criminal actors. This panel looks organized criminal acts which are conducted in cyberspace and considers the implications such acts have at policing responses both in domestic and international contexts.
