Abstract

This panel provides substantive insights into the nature of cybercrime offending and victimization, as well as the local law enforcement responses to cybercrime. Using primary data and statistical analyses, these studies assess the state of criminological theories to understand cyberbullying, stolen data markets, and policy issues in an international context.
