Abstract
Originating in the US, outlaw biker clubs have evolved into a global phenomenon. In many countries outlaw biker clubs have been associated with serious criminal behavior. Papers in this session will deal with different aspects of outlaw biker crime, including the individual criminal career development of individual bikers, biker clubs’ political identity, police reactions to biker violence, and preventive and legislative efforts to counter outlaw biker crime.
