Abstract

As cyberspace becomes more an more developed for licit uses, it only goes to reason that, like in the offline world, illicit uses are developed in kind by illicit entrepreneurs. This panel looks at a various illicit markets in cyberspace, discussing how they work, how safe they are, and how well they circumvent the efforts of law enforcement, among other topics.
