This panel will consider the issues that the new federal government in Canada must consider, given its stated goal of legalizing cannabis for both recreational and medicinal purposes. The panelists will canvass the issues arising in international law, possible forms or mechanisms of distribution, municipal and provincial regulation, and processes for product quality assurance.
