Session Submission Type: Roundtable Session
Work-life balance has historically been an issue of concern to women, who have had primary responsibility for all things domestic. More recently a shift has begun in family care, both allowing and expecting men to do more. In addition, the rise in "same sex" families mean some of the old divisions aren't relevant. For these and other sociological reasons, the current generation entering the work force sees establishing a work-life balance as critical. We will share challenges as well as productive (and unproductive) strategies.
