Roundtable: Women Functioning in Leadership/Administrative Positions

Abstract

As women gain power and position in the academy they are taking on leadership positions otherwise occupied by men. The challenges are significant and range from establishing your own voice in historically masculine environment to finding work/life/work balances. We will discuss it all, and provide support--and maybe even a few answers.
