Roundtable: Teaching Penal Abolition

Abstract

This roundtable is organized to foster a discussion about teaching penal abolition. Participants will share teaching successes and teaching failures in integrating penal abolition content into the curriculum. “Teaching” and “curriculum” are here broadly conceived to include the collegiate setting, the prison setting, or any setting which references an attempt to educate others on penal abolition.
