Roundtable: The Rule of Law in an Era of Change

Abstract
Participants will discuss developments in key rule of law issue areas, including challenges to the humanization of counter-terrorist policies of the UNSC; addressing claims by victims of terrorism; the moral relevance of distance in drone warfare; the effect on due process of interpretations in cases before international tribunals; and the relationship between the ICC and Truth Commissions.
