Abstract

This special panel is comprised of members of the Division of Policing Executive Board who will discuss the challenges faced when implementing recommendations from the President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing. The panel will focus primarily on Pillar Two (Policy and Oversight) and Pillar Five (Training and Education), but will also discuss the role of evidence and science in this process.
