Examining Prosecutorial Practices Nationally and Abroad

Abstract
This thematic session presents research examining prosecutorial practices in hot-button areas such as terrorism and white collar crime. Papers cover practices at the federal level, across multiple states and outside the United States. The topic of prosecutorial misconduct is examined through a phenomenological approach.
