Prosecutorial Practices in Cases Involving Minors, Emerging Adults, and Specialized Offenders

Abstract
This thematic session presents research that examines prosecutorial practices that are utilized in cases where minors are the victims of crime and in cases where young adults have been accused of crimes. The final paper examines impact of rank on the prosecution of military personnel for intimate partner violence.
