Thu, Nov 16, 8:00 to 9:20am, Marriott, Grand Ballroom Salon A, 5th Floor

Abstract

The Organizational Justice Theory holds that employees want to be treated fairly and justly by their employing organization. There has been limited research to date with this theory among correctional staff. The current study examined the effects of the different dimensions of justice among Southern prison staff. The results will be presented and discussed.
