Job Involvement Among Chinese Prison Staff

Abstract

There is a small but growing body of research on job involvement among correctional staff, but most of this research has been conducted among Western, especially U.S., correctional staff. The current study surveyed Chinese prison staff to see if the results from Western staff would be the same or differ. The results will be presented and discussed.
