Exploring the Predictors of Job Involvement Among Indian Police Officers

Abstract

There is a small and growing body of research on the predictors of job involvement among police officers. Most of this research, however, has been conducted among Western, especially U.S., officers. There is a need to examine how workplace factors effect job involvement among non-Western police officers. The current study examined how various workplace factors are related to job satisfaction among Indian police officers. The results will be presented and discussed.
