Updating the Police Integrity Methodology

Abstract

Police integrity research has traditionally relied on two versions of the police integrity questionnaire developed by Klockars and his colleagues. This paper tests the new version of the questionnaire which contains additional scenarios that incorporate misconduct related to the new technological devices and changed conditions in the society at large. The paper presents the results of the 2017 study of police officers attending two police academies in South Korea.
