The prostitution was considered as the oldest job in the past and now all over the world also it brings up various problems such as a millions of children are involved in sex industry in Asia, teenagers in USA and Europe prostitute in their countries, sex tourisms for adults. (Siegel and Senna, 2000).
In this respect, the prostitution causes a number of social problems in the world, this study attempts to find out factors which can impact on justifying the prostitution. According to Akers and Sellers(2009), a positive definition of a certain behavior plays a significant role in crime activities so we decided to use this concept for our dependent variable. Also, since individual beliefs and cultures or structures in each nation have an influence on perception of justifying the prostitution, we use the HLM for analyzing interaction effects between individual level and national level. The individual variables are composed of prejudice of women in household, social roles and so on. The national variables are composed of female employment ratio, democracy index and so forth. WVS 6 data with 40 nations was used to analyze.
