Accessing and Understanding the Arizona Youth Survey

Abstract

The Arizona Youth Survey (AYS), is a biennial survey of 8th, 10th, and 12th graders across Arizona’s 15 counties. The AYS is designed to provide a representative view of the scope of substance use, risk and protective factors, and related adverse outcomes among adolescents across the state. The poster is designed to highlight the design of the AYS, key findings from the 2016 survey administration, and ways in which researchers are able to access the data.
