Abstract

This presentation will address the cost benefit analysis conducted as part of the NIJ-funded experiment with body worn cameras in Las Vegas. The cost-benefit analysis assessed the impact of body worn cameras on costs pertaining to investigations of complaints against police, officer time, and overtime, spent in court, and related matters.
