Young Men’s Experiences of Parenting Within Prison: 10 Years On

Abstract

Drawing on interviews with men who participated in an English prison-based parenting education programme while they were young fathers (aged 18-21) this qualitative study returns to participants a decade after their initial involvement, exploring themes of parenting identities, aspiration and empowerment as participants enter their 30s.
