The purpose of this study is to capture and learn about Black male Baltimore citizens’ perspectives and experiences with justice agents in their community. This study relies on a mixed-method qualitative approach relying on ethnographic fieldwork, semi-structured open-ended, interviews, and participant observation. The information gathered from this study seeks to assist Law enforcement agencies in recommending polices that can improve police-community relations.
