CVE Programs Thus Far: Lessons Learned

Abstract

Programs for countering violent extremism (CVE) are no longer in their infancy. We have reached the stage now where attention has turned to evaluation of these programs. This study is based on a database created by examining 50 existing or previously existing CVE programs. Information drawn from these programs is used to develop lessons learned and good practices in hopes that this information can be used to improve next generation CVE programming.
