First Year Experience and the Criminal Justice Success Academy

Abstract

With a 68% underrepresented and 71% first generation student population, the Criminal Justice program at California State University has developed the Criminal Justice Success Academy as a co-curricular component of the CRJU 100 course. This session highlights the development of the program and its outcomes.
