Abstract

For some time, policing scholars have worked to find the best ways of identifying racially biased policing in law enforcement agencies. This panel serves as a commentary on those research practices, be it their efficacy, their alteration, or potential advancements. We conclude with a discussion of the major issues surrounding studying racially biased policing.
