Abstract

Employing feminist, intersectional, critical, and global perspectives, this panel examines the gendered consequences of a range of social and justice policy transformations since the 2016 Presidential election. The panel highlights the need for criminologists to expand the analytic terrain of the concept "violence against women" to encourage greater attention to the economic, political, and structural sources of inequalities and harm in the contemporary period.
