Abstract

You are invited to join the Annie E. Casey Foundation to learn more about the Foundation’s juvenile justice reform efforts through which we work with states, localities, and communities to significantly reduce secure confinement and out-of-home placements, eliminate racial and ethnic disparities, and improve community capacity to foster positive youth development and community safety. This session will also briefly describe Casey’s Expanding the Bench (ETB) Initiative, which it launched to enhance the diversity of evaluators working in juvenile justice and other fields.
