Roundtable: The Process of Updating a Criminology and Criminal Justice Undergraduate Program

Abstract

This panel will focus on the process of updating a criminology and/or criminal justice program to reflect advances in research and changes in the socio-cultural, political and legislative landscape, while still ensuring that the new content is holistic and comprehensive. Participants will discuss the process of deciding content areas for a program, phasing in new programming requirements, integrating experiential and new learning modules, and managing students under old and new curriculum.
