Abstract

This roundtable session includes three papers addressing the complex issue of human trafficking. The first paper discusses methodological issues in estimating the prevalence of human trafficking. The second paper is a content analysis of newspaper reports of arrests, convictions, and sentencing of human traffickers in the United States. The final paper describes a collaboration with a regional human trafficking task force focusing on the needs of survivors and service provider responses.
