Roundtable: Connections Between Peacemaking Criminology and Desistance from Crime

Abstract

Peacemaking criminology has traditionally been considered a topic that resides outside of the mainstream in the field of criminology. Concepts will be discussed during this panel about the connections between theoretical ideas from peacemaking criminology and the literature dealing with the mechanisms associated with desistance from criminal activity.
