Research among Western prison staff indicates organizational justice helps shapes correctional staff job satisfaction and organizational commitment. There has been little research in this area among staff in Nonwestern nations, especially African countries. The current study explored how different forms of organizational justice were related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment among Nigerian prison staff. The results will be presented and discussed.
