The sexual assault literature tends to be divided between childhood sexual abuse and adult populations. This panel examines the sexual assault experiences of emerging adults--defined as late teens through early twenties--in the criminal justice system. Papers identify the correlates of sexual assaults and then discuss both campus and criminal justice responses to the victimization of emerging adults.
