Abstract/Description

Reductions in the nation's prison population has involved moving many inmates to community supervision instead. This trend heightens the need to understand new programs and practices that focus on alternative sentencing, parolees, and probationers. This panel informs this need by including 4 presentations that present findings from evaluations of alternative sentencing and community supervision practices.
