Victims and survivors of domestic violence require a wide array of services to meet their immediate and long-term needs. In this paper, using our study’s nationwide inventory of service providers as a sampling frame, we provide a descriptive account of the services available for the diverse population of domestic violence victims and survivors. Based on preliminary analysis of interviews and focus group discussions with service providers, we examine the most essential service needs of the domestic violence victims during the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges of the service providers in meeting these needs.
