Abstract

This study will examine the results of a survey sent to criminal justice stakeholders in the community corrections field in NC. We will explore how COVID-19 has affected the personal and professional lives of these individuals, specifically focusing in changes of job environment policy. In addition, job turnover as a result of COVID-19 will be examined.
