Abstract

The current study examines the issue of racial profiling in stop and frisk cases pre and post Covid-19. The focus of this study is to consider the issue of racial or ethnic bias in the decision-making of the officers and to see what impact the Covid-19 pandemic may have influenced the decision-making of the officer. The data for this analysis comes from the New Orleans Police Department.
